Refund policy

How long will it take to receive my order?

The processing time is 5-7 business days. Once shipped, orders take 8-15 business days to arrive. International shipping can take longer. We are not responsible for customs or paying any tariffs. Also, weather and other events out of our control may affect delivery times.

What if my item is lost or stolen?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please check with the shipping provider.

Invalid Address 

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping address provided at checkout, the following policy will apply:

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate before placing an order.
  • If a package is returned to us for an invalid address, we will contact you using the email provided at checkout.
  • You will have the option to:
    • Pay a reshipping fee to have the order sent to a corrected address, or
    • Request a refund for the item(s), minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees incurred.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
  • Orders will not be replaced or refunded until the returned package is received by us.
  • If we do not receive a response within 7 days of contacting you, the order may be considered abandoned, and no refund will be issued.

Can I cancel or edit my order?

Once an order has been submitted, it will be sent to our provider you can no longer edit any details or cancel.

What if I entered the incorrect information?

If the shipment details were incorrect, or if you ordered the wrong size, color, or item, we are not responsible and will not offer a replacement or refund. You are responsible for entering the correct information.

How can I receive free shipping?

Free shipping for US orders over $65.00, with a shipping rate of $20.00 and under.

What is the refund or replacement policy?

We can offer a replacement order free of charge if there are any issues with the order, such as manufacturing errors, printing issues, and so forth. Items are shipped directly from our manufacturer. Items may smell like ink, and the smell will go away. Also, printing may be DTG, DTF, and /or embroidery and may have a white outline where the printing stopped, depending on the ink color and material used. In most cases, the outline is small. If an item is defective, please contact us via email at CUSTOMERSERVICE@PRETTYNICHEY.COM within 7 days of delivery. Items must not be worn or used and must be in the original packaging. Please send photographic evidence for an investigation. We will do everything possible to correct the situation and provide the most suitable solution for you, depending on whether the item qualifies for a replacement, or if a refund is eligible or not. Please feel free to contact us at CUSTOMERSERVICE@PRETTYNICHEY.COM. Include your name, address, order number, and email. Also, please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.

In case a replacement or refund is arranged, there is no need to send the original item back to us.

We can offer you a replacement which will cover the production and shipping costs of the new order. If a refund is requested, we will issue a refund to the same payment source from which it initially came. Please check with your financial institution for the refund time frame.

Colors may vary due to different screens.  

Depending on the phrase, some printing may be smaller or larger. Please look at the individual item for a more accurate size.

Items may be shipped from different manufacturers and may arrive separately. Please check tracking details.
